- Bonus: annual festival bonus/gift, birthday bonus/gift, performance bonus, year-end bonus, proposal bonus, activity lottery prize/cash-prize.
- Leaves: 2 days-off per week, various kinds of leaves according to the law (special annual leave, personal/sick leave, family care leave, menstrual leave, etc.). Overtime leisure-time compensation/payment as required by law.
- Insurance: group accident insurance, occupational accident insurance, business-travel insurance, plus labor insurance, health insurance, and pension as required by law.
- Food and beverage: employee cafeteria, meal allowance, soup/fruit in lunchtime, breakfast/dinner during overtime
- Clothing: employee uniforms, safety shoes
- Entertainment: domestic and international travel, festive dinners, departmental dinners, monthly birthday parties, family days, annual thanksgiving dinners and other activities

- Retirement benefits: years of service commemorative awards/bonuses, employee ownership trust, retirement souvenirs/dinner party.
