1. Hire manpower in the company's operating location. The company is located in Wuqi District, Taichung City, close to the coastal area. 62% of the local employees are from the coastal area, and 38% are from Taichung City and other counties and cities. Fully employ manpower in the operating location.
2. Corporate volunteer services or other public welfare professional services: organize public welfare blood donation activities.
3. Participate in community development and charity through donations: promote various social welfare activities, and actively sponsor relevant social welfare organizations, public welfare groups and vulnerable groups.
2025 promotion situation
■ In order to respond to social welfare and convey warm care, the company held the [Blood Bank is in Emergency, Blood is Urgently Needed] event, calling on corporate partners and internal colleagues in the park to actively participate and contribute to the medical blood bank. A total of 195 bags of donated blood were collected in this event. Thank you for the selfless dedication of every passionate hero, so that love and hope can continue!
This time, the company specially donated NT$100,000 to the Taichung Philharmonic Orchestra, and organized employees to go to appreciate its wonderful performances and experience the creative passion and performance charm of Taiwanese musicians.
Through such cultural participation, it not only deepens employees' understanding of Taiwanese music and art, but also demonstrates the company's emphasis on cultural sustainability in sustainable development. Supporting local art is an important part of corporate social responsibility and cultural heritage. In the future, we will continue to work with colleagues to invest more resources in the promotion of cultural sustainability and contribute to the continuation of Taiwanese music and the realization of a good society.
2024年度推動情形
n 感恩餐會購買496盒公益伴手禮，總計189,968元，以支持社團法人彰化縣小嶺頂愛啟兒關懷協會，推廣社會關懷服務。
■秉持企業社會責任，支持弱勢族群關懷與社會福利推動
捐款500,000元至惠康社會福利基金會，本次捐款將用於急難救助、長者照護及兒童福利等服務，幫助更多需要幫助的社群。
期望透過此次捐款帶來正向影響，宇隆科技將持續關注社會需求，拓展公益合作，實踐企業社會責任，讓愛與關懷傳遞至更廣的角落。
n 舉辦宇隆科技公益捐血活動【血庫告急，急需熱血】，廣邀園區內各大企業廠商及員工共同參與，並推廣支持【捐血傳遞愛心，延續無限生命】，合計捐血127袋。
■鼓勵員工積極參與台灣音樂文化
不僅是對在地文化的支持，更是對台中愛樂管弦樂團等藝術團體的實質支持。
這次捐款200,000元至台中愛樂管弦樂團，並參與觀賞聆聽樂團的經典歌曲創作演出，
讓同仁身歷其境感受到樂團所推動的音樂文化傳承，也使得公司同仁在文化薰陶中獲益匪淺，共同見證並參與台灣管弦音樂的繁榮。
