In 2025, approximately 300 individuals participated in corporate visits, including:
International academic exchanges with Feng Chia University and the University of Queensland, Australia.
Lean manufacturing workshops featuring Norwegian expert Eivind Reke, organized by the Taiwan Lean Enterprise System Association.
Visits from the President and professors of National Taiwan Normal University and National Chung Hsing University.
Knowledge sharing with Tunghai University and the Asia Pacific Entrepreneur Association regarding corporate development.
Industry-Academia Collaboration and Employment
We bridge the gap between academia and industry by offering internships that provide hands-on experience.
Prioritizing the recruitment of participating students encourages youth to build careers in their hometowns, fulfilling our commitment to talent cultivation.
