General manager
  • (1) Overview the management of the entire company
  • (2) Lead the integration of the management team to drive sustainable growth and profitability of the company
General Manager's Office
  • (1) The company's medium and long-term strategic development plan
  • (2) Plan, supervise and prepare important investment projects. Execute and monitor the plans & decisions
  • (3) Plan and implement the Board of Directors' resolutions
  • (4) Make recommendations on the company's core decision-making, operation optimization, target development, implementation and business performance analysis
  • (5) Draft, plan and supervise the company's management policy and quality policy objectives
  • (6) Project planning and promotion
  • (7) Integrate the company's organizational human resources strategy and planning
  • (8) The development and promotion of rules and regulations
  • (9) Oversee the management of overseas subsidiaries

Occupational Safety and Health Office
  • (1) Statutory labor safety and health matters
  • (2) Devise, plan, supervise and promote the company's safety and health management matters
  • (3) Direct and assist each unit in the implementation of the company's safety and health management matters
  • (4) Other matters assigned by superiors
Business Division
  • (1) Manage domestic and international sales expansion of business-related products
  • (2) Responsible for coordinating the execution of business unit affairs
  • (3) Other matters assigned by superiors
Manufacturing Division
  • (1) Manage manufacturing, R&D, purchasing, storage, quality control, product transportation and equipment maintenance, industrial safety and environmental protection, and annual budget execution and control.

Automation Division
  • (1) Manage the development, planning, design and improvement of automation equipment to enhance product profitability, company competitiveness, as well as to support and assist overseas equipment upgrades and problem resolution

Technical Research Division
  • (1) Integrate product development, research and design, supervise the implementation and performance of R&D plans, control the integration and promotion of R&D resources, and assist overseas factories in the research, improvement, development and application of original and new technologies

Product Division
  • (1) Manage the decision-making, execution and assessment of the division. Organize interdepartmental cooperation to achieve operational goals
  • (2) Integrate interdepartmental resources to facilitate the development and success of new businesses
  • (3) Planning brand distribution channel, marketing strategy, and execution
  • (4) Develop new products and customers
  • (5) Reducer manufacturing, warehousing, and quality control. Coordinate product delivery and equipment maintenance
